Shipping Policies

- Every of Athes' preorders product will be shipped after the customers have made their final payment (shipping fees). Failure to do so will cause a delay to the order's shipment.

-Shipping payment can only be made once your order is ready to be shipped. Paying earlier with the checked-out products is strictly not allowed.

- As for now, for USA customers, please do take note that there will be surcharges in the shipping payment, implemented to the tariff and tax system. Please also be informed that custom tax may be applied to your order, and you may get the email from the courier service once the parcel has arrived to its destination. This is unfortunately a system that is out of our control.

For your convenience, Shipping payment installments are allowed and you may let us know if you'd like to keep your order with us for the time being. Please do dm us in instagram @athes.atelier.

- Other countries shipping service are being operated as normal. Let us know if you have any questions regarding the shipping! 

Return/Refund

Refundments are not allowed as soon as the order has been made. Please do read the details carefully before proceeding checkout.

Is your jewelry fully handmade?

All of my jewelries are fully handmade by the jewelry makers and me, and materials came from the high-quality and trusted goods supplier <3


Are they casual-friendly?

Some collections are made purely just for giving someone a 'couture' moment, but most of them can be worn everyday! It is highly recommended to be worn for occasional events, cosplays and even graduation or attending a ball :)


Are they made from high-quality golds and silver?

As every creations emphasizes more on the unique design, we still tried our best to provide better quality on our jewelries. All of the basic metals, such as hooks, pins, jump rings and chains are made from 18k/14k gold jewelries and S925/stainless steel silvers. And some of the filigrees are made from alloys, which may cause discolouration in the long run if exposed to the sunlight and water. Nevertheless, it gives this vintage looks to the design, so worry not, the jewels will forever be lookin luxurious for generation and generations HAHA :)


Can I order for any future events?

As for now, we unfortunately won't be taking any rush orders as the owner as well as the other jewelry makers are struggling in juggling between work and uni studies :'D Maybe one day, I guess? Please still look forward to it!


If the jewelries are broken once received, is there any ways I do?

Shipping can be quite hectic sometimes, so some customers may experience minor or severe damage on the jewelries. If you're a local Malaysian, you are more than welcome to return them, and the shipping price will be covered <3 As for internationals, we do will provide a guidance on fixing the minor damage, or will further discuss with you if the damage is severe. We will try our best to help you get your jewelry no matter what!


Why does my jewelry looks quite different compared to the pictures online?

I sometimes do get this question-- Please do take note that since it's a handmade jewelry and we value one of a kind pieces, the design may not be able to depict fully and alike as the picture. However, every materials and concept are properly followed according to the official designs, and we are committed in beautifying the jewelries <3

Sometimes certain materials can be unavailable due to the supplier's shop could no longer produce them/ they are banned, so in any case this happens, we will let you know and discuss with you regarding the subtle change of the designs!
